Crop Insurance Specialist

This position will consist of, but not be limited to, the solicitation, sales, and servicing* of Multi-Peril Crop and Hail Insurance policies. The candidate must be self-motivated and task-oriented, have exceptional organizational skills, and be committed to deadlines. There must also be a desire to adhere to all established Federal Policy and Regulations in connection with the Federal Crop Insurance Program.

The candidate is required to attend agency staff meetings and adhere to all agency policies established by Reynolds Insurance Agency. Meetings will be inclusive of verbal reports given on current work schedule progress, general discussion in any areas needing assistance, and plans for the upcoming week.

*Servicing of policies will include, but not be limited to, the collection of all necessary data such as policy renewal applications, acreage reports, claims filing, premium collection, and production reporting. The candidate will be called upon to assist in the office with data entry for all new and existing policyholders.
