Mission

Tasha Fuhrman

I joined Reynolds Insurance Agency in December 2017. I first worked with Craig and Brandon on farm renewals, changes, and claims. I was given the opportunity to transfer to crop insurance in the winter of 2019, where I really grew to appreciate all that crop insurance and all the government programs have to offer to our farmers and ranchers.

I grew up on my family farm outside of Plaza. I spent most of my time outdoors, playing and caring for the various farm animals we had, reading a lot of books, and working on the farm. I went to college in MN, where I graduated from Alexandria Technical College with a cert. in carpentry. I met my husband in college, and we moved to North Dakota after college. I worked as a carpenter for 7 years before I decided to make a change in my career path.

When you don’t find me behind the desk, keying acreage reports or production, you can find me out on the lake in the boat, sitting on the ice pulling walleyes up, or out walking/running down our desolate country roads (usually accompanied by one of several of my barn cats). I like to spend time with my family and friends, keep our son entertained with all that country living offers like 4 wheelers and skidsteers, and when it all calms down for a minute, I may get a few pages read in a book.

Within the agency, I primarily assist clients with their auto and home insurance needs, along with helping promote the agency through online marketing and community events.

I grew up on a farm near Plaza, ND, and later in Mandan, ND, where I completed both my schooling and athletic activities.

After graduation, I moved back to Plaza to be closer to my family in the surrounding area.

In my free time, I enjoy attending sporting events, NoDak Speedway race nights, golfing, traveling, spending time with my family, and playing with my cat.

I joined the team in 2007 as a licensed agent and office manager for the Stanley location.  In 2014, facing staffing issues, both offices were consolidated and I moved to the New Town office. Eventually I became the manager of the New Town location. I work with the farm & commercial accounts as well as crop hail & multi-peril crop insurance in the summer.

I’m originally from Idaho Falls, ID and I moved to North Dakota in 1999, where I met my wife.  I later attended Bible school at AFLBS in Plymouth, MN and after getting married, my wife and I relocated to Memphis with my work.  Eventually our family found our way back to North Dakota upon joining the Reynolds Insurance Agency team.

My wife and I live on a small farm south of Berthold with our family, where we raise goats, horses, and 4-H rabbits. Our oldest son was recently married and now lives in South Dakota with our daughter-in-law, where he attends college and plays football for the Northern State Wolves.

Outside of work, I enjoy working on projects around the farm, spending time with my family, and taking in my sons’ various extracurricular activities.

I am originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, a state with a population of over

23 million people as of 2026 census.

I come from a family of five and I’m the oldest daughter. I came to the US in December 2011 for the Work & Travel exchange student program through the Agency “CI - Central de Intercambio”.

I lived in Devils Lake and while I was there I met this very interesting guy from Ohio, who came to North Dakota for Law Enforcement and to play Football for Lake Region State College.

I returned to Brazil in April 2012 and graduated  from the Universidade Metodista de Sao Paulo  with a major in Social Communication & Marketing.

After graduation, I returned to the USA and my husband and I decided to get  married. We now have a family of five.

I have fallen in love with the insurance industry, and the chance to touch people's lives, and in my “off-time,” my family expends time traveling, baking, fishing or soaking in my husband’s passion for vehicles.
