As boat season is in high peak we would like to remind all consumers that if a boat accident exceeds $2,000 in damage an operator has five days to file a report with the North Dakota Game and Fish Department. If a boat accident involves injury, death or disappearance of a person, an accident report must be filled out and sent to the North Dakota Game and Fish Department within 48 hours of occurrence.
